These terms and conditions apply between the individual, firm, company, or other entity specified in the booking form ("you" or "your") and ROPRA Life Sciences Institute ("ROPRA"). By submitting your registration to attend a ROPRA program or training ("your registration"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions to the exclusion of all other terms. If you do not agree, ROPRA will be unable to accept your registration.
You agree to pay ROPRA the fees specified in your booking form ("your fees"). Payment must be received in full or in agreed installments before the start of the program. If payment is not received by agreed time, ROPRA reserves the right to either require immediate payment as a condition of your participation or deny access to the program.
All discounts must be applied at the time of registration and are not combinable. All discounts are subject to ROPRA’s approval.
ROPRA requires full payment of fees net of all applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, service taxes). Any taxes levied on the fees shall be borne solely by you.
This clause applies where any portion of the training is provided in a virtual format.
You are responsible for meeting the technical requirements necessary to access ROPRA’s online training platform ("Training Platform").
ROPRA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Training Platform and accepts no liability for its temporary unavailability.
ROPRA may provide you with a unique username and password for platform access. These credentials are confidential and are not transferable. You agree not to share your access details with others and are liable for all actions conducted under your account.
You shall not post defamatory, illegal, or infringing content on the platform. ROPRA is not responsible for monitoring platform content for legal compliance.
Use of the Training Platform is limited to accessing program materials; any unauthorized use (e.g., reproduction, distribution, or resale) is strictly prohibited.
ROPRA (or its trainers, subcontractors, or licensors) owns all intellectual property rights in the training materials provided.
ROPRA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the training materials solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the training materials without ROPRA’s express permission.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
In cases of documented emergencies, such as medical issues, ROPRA may grant partial refunds at its discretion. Appropriate documentation will be required to support such requests.
ROPRA complies with data protection regulations. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
To the extent allowed by law, ROPRA excludes all liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the program. ROPRA's total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you.
ROPRA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. However, you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of registration.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UK and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
